Born in 1957, G. Giridhar Prabhu has played a pivotal role in the Indian cashew industry, while also making significant contributions to the financial sector and the public sphere. He has established four companies – Achal Industries Private Limited, Achal Cashews Private Limited, Achal Farm Products Private Limited and Achal Primenuts Private Limited. Currently, he serves as the Chairman-Executive of Achal Industries Pvt. Ltd., as well as three other companies.
